6-foot-3, 165-pound, long, lengthy athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, has plenty of room for added development. A right-handed pitcher, works from ¾ slot, has some wrap and coil to the leg raise, and results in a shorter stride. The arm works and looks like he could get even lower to create a more difficult slot to pick up as a hitter. The arm action has average length to it, more of a crank like action to it. The fastball was clocked at 76-78 mph with heavy downward action to it. Pitched mostly to the arm side, right-handed hitters had a hard time squaring him up. From the set position, times were quick at 1.03, baseball gets on the hitter quick. Threw a changeup for his off speed, clocked at 70-74 mph, showed proper fade and down action to it. Projectable arm and frame, ground ball machine, could create more extension out front on release. Recovering from a tired arm, looks to be healthy, interesting arm.
