Uncommitted. We were able to see Soto in the first game of the season for Brookwood where he came out of the bullpen behind their ace, Jackson Barberi. Soto has been a huge piece in the playoff run for Brookwood. He has contributed out of the pen and as a starter. He got the start in the biggest game of his high school career against Buford in a game 3 elite 8 match up. The most impressive thing about Soto is he has gotten better throughout the year. The fastball is up 3-4mph where he is now 81-84 topping out at 85. His greatest strength is being able to throw 3 pitches in any count. He started the game off with 3 breaking balls for a strikeout. He was able to work out of some trouble after an error in the infield to salvage the 4-3 lead. He then came back out the next inning and went 1-2-3 to finish out his 6 inning night.
