He slashed a fastball up the middle of the field to deliver the second run of the game for Eureka. Wiegand featured a slightly tall set up with an open stance. He has a small leg lift stride with hands that are direct to the ball with a slightly uphill bat path. When he makes contact with the ball, he shows the ability to barrel the ball up to all fields.
