Aiden Crogan: C/2B, (2022) Tewksbury Memorial High School, MA. 5-foot-9, 145-pound lean frame. Solid at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 84 mph. Begins in an open stance with a smooth load, then uses a controlled stride. Had a flat swing plane, some bat speed and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with some loud contact . Line drive approach. While catching, throw downs to second were maxed at 72 mph; showed sure hands, a fluid exchange, and rhythmic feet. Consistently had pop times of 2.03-2.2. Some flexibility and quiet setup. From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a quick arm action.

Hit: (RHH) Started in an open stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Some bat speed. Good extension on his finish, flat swing. Line drive approach. 

Power: 84 mph exit velocity, average 72.90 mph. 64.95 mph bat speed average. 20.11 mph hand speed average.

Defense: (C) 2.03-2.2 pop times. Sure hands, rhythmic footwork, fluid exchange. Solid. Some flexibility and quiet setup. 

Arm: 72 mph catcher velocity. Quick arm action, ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

5-foot-7, 145-pound right-handed hitting catcher and corner infielder. He threw 69 mph down to second base during the catching portion of the workout with a pop time of 2.2. The feet can continue to improve during the transfer. The receiving needs to continue to developing, focusing on securing the catch. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 69 mph. The setup is even in base, small squat in the bottom half to start. The path to the ball is flat and long to contact, the initiation of the swing needs to be shortened.
