The Oklahoma commit stands a thick 6-foot-1, 210 pounds. Offensively, a right-handed hitter, middle-pull approach with some strength and bat speed. Hits from a front foot heavy set-up, rocking load, moderate stride with late heel plant, quality back side drive, short to the ball, hand a big violent finish. Defensively, an average receiver and blocker that shows improved footwork, a fluid, strong arm that shows excellent carry and accuracy. Always a highly touted catcher, Miller raised his stock even higher when he decided to try the mound this fall. He throws strikes in the upper 80's from a high-3/4 slot and simple delivery. The breaking ball shows good spin and depth, but inconsistent release point.
