2024 ROSTER

This year's roster is already shaping up nicely, just like in years past.

RHP/SS Madden Johnson (Mattoon HS, 2025) is sure to offer a promising profile for our staff to evaluate. Just on the edge of 17 years old, the right-handed pitcher offers a 6-foot-1, 150-pound frame with room for added strength. Johnson’s fastball sat 83-85 this spring showing some arm-side run, with a hard slider in the mid-70s. The uncommitted rising senior has also shown a changeup that plays well down in the zone in past PBR events with an athletic delivery and quick arm coming from a 3/4 arm slot. Offensively, the left-handed hitter presents a wider setup and a short stride with a slight uphill swing path, looking to pull the ball. At shortstop, he showed quick hands and rangy actions, attacking the ball with an arm that showcased infield velos up to 76 mph in prior events.

C Anson Zaiser (Washington Comm HS, 2026) is another guy our staff is excited to get another look at. In the past, the right-handed has showcased strong hands that work through the zone with a strong path. He stays connected throughout his swing and works mostly middle to pull side. Defensively, the catcher has steady hands and has flashed poptimes as low as 2.04 secs. The rising junior is sure to give our staff a solid backstop to evaluate.

Perusing the event roster, we’re set to meet a majority of players who’ve not yet attended a PBR showcase, and we’re eager to add more names to our follow lists.

EVENT CHECK-IN PROCESS

Because of the high number of prospects set to attend Tuesday’s event, it is imperative that you read our showcase itinerary below, which will allow our staff to swiftly and efficiently educate and evaluate the players set to attend.

On that Form, players will enter their name (matching the spelling on their PBR profile) and hit submit. Upon submission, players will be prompted to click a link that will direct them to their jersey color and number, located next to their registered name.
